Petite Guests
Petite services are designed for guests 10 and under and do not include callus care, gel polish, extended massage, or nail art. Guests 11 and older should book from the regular nail menu.

Finishing Touches
Upgrade your pedicure polish to CND Shellac gel polish for a long-wear, high-shine finish. *Not recommended for children under the age of 16.
For gel polish applied outside of Serendipity. Serendipity-applied gel polish is removed at no charge when booked with your next nail service. Please mention existing gel when booking so we can reserve the proper time.

Removal of GelX, Plexigel, builder gel, acrylic, dip, or other enhancement products. Additional time or pricing may apply for extra-long nails, heavy product, difficult removal, or nail damage requiring extra care.
Before Your Nail Appointment
For the health and safety of our guests and service providers, nail services may need to be modified, postponed, or declined if certain skin or nail conditions are present or suspected.
Please let us know before your appointment if you have open cuts, sores, irritation, rash, recent injury, active infection, or concerns affecting the skin or nails. If signs of a possible fungal infection, warts, or another contagious condition are present, your provider may decline service and recommend follow-up with a medical professional before rebooking.
Our team does not diagnose medical conditions. A doctor’s note may be requested before service can be provided.
Please also mention any diabetes, circulation concerns, neuropathy, allergies, sensitivities, or existing gel, dip, acrylic, GelX, Plexigel, or builder gel when booking so we can reserve the proper time and make appropriate adjustments.
