Guest Services Specialist
Who You Are:
You're a confident, outgoing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves making people feel welcome and taken care of. You’re detail-oriented, quick on your feet, and the kind of person who notices what needs to be done before anyone has to ask. You enjoy working with a team, solving problems in real time, and creating a seamless experience for both guests and coworkers.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the calm, confident hub of a very busy spa front desk—fielding calls, greeting guests, and managing appointment flow without missing a beat
- Coordinate complex daily schedules for multiple service providers across salon, spa, and massage departments
- Manage real-time problem-solving with grace—think double-bookings, late arrivals, and last-minute changes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both guests and team members
- Support sales through product and service recommendations
- Maintain a polished front desk environment and take ownership of daily tasks that keep the business running smoothly
- Adapt quickly, multitask under pressure, and always keep the guest experience at the center of everything you do
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in scheduling or front desk coordination (salon/spa a plus)
- Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure and confident handling multiple moving parts
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a team-focused mindset
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Availability for 25–35 hours/week with a set schedule released monthly
- This isn’t your typical 9–5—availability must include at least two Saturdays per month, and flexibility on evenings and weekends is expected
- A desire to grow with a company that values initiative and promotes from within

Licensed Manicurist
Who You Are:
You’re a licensed Manicurist who’s passionate about creating beautiful nails and unforgettable guest experiences. You thrive in a fun, professional spa environment and love staying on top of nail trends, techniques, and creative artistry.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements (including nail art, gel, and specialty techniques).
- Educate guests on proper nail care and home maintenance to help them extend their results.
- Build lasting relationships with guests by delivering personalized, friendly service that keeps them coming back.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nail trends and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that reflects our high standards.
- Work as part of a collaborative team that values positivity, professionalism, and continuous growth.
- Promote retail products and additional spa services that complement your guests' needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current State of Michigan Manicurist License.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail in all nail services.
- Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Experience with nail art, gel polish, or other specialty services is a plus!

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Who You Are:
You’re a Licensed Massage Therapist who’s passionate about helping people relax, heal, and feel their best. You believe in the power of touch and want to work in a spa that values both your skill and your well-being.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, etc.) tailored to each guest’s needs.
- Consult with guests to understand their health history and create a customized treatment plan.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and serene workspace that reflects our high standards.
- Stay informed about new massage techniques and wellness trends.
- Foster a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere that encourages client loyalty.
- Promote retail wellness products and recommend at-home care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current State of Michigan Massage Therapy License.
- Proficiency in multiple massage modalities (additional certifications a plus).
- Strong understanding of anatomy and client care protocols.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- A team player with a positive, compassionate, and professional demeanor.

Who You Are:
You’re a Licensed Cosmetologist with a love for beauty, creativity, and building lasting guest relationships. You enjoy working in a spa environment where teamwork and education are prioritized, and where your skills are celebrated and constantly growing.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional hair services including cuts, colors, styling, and specialty treatments.
- Perform nail and/or skincare services (depending on your licensure and experience).
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and deliver personalized service plans.
- Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing education opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workstation.
- Educate guests on home care routines and recommend spa retail products that fit their needs.
- Be an active and positive team player, helping to create a welcoming spa atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current State of Michigan Cosmetology License.
- Strong technical skills in at least one area: hair, nails, and/or skincare.
- Passion for client care and delivering results-driven beauty services.
- Eagerness to grow through continuing education and advanced training.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- A warm, professional, and collaborative attitude.
