Guest Experience Specialist (Full-Time, Leadership Track)
$16–$18 per hour (depending on experience)
Afternoons | Evenings | Weekends (Fridays & at least 2 Saturdays per month)
At Serendipity Spa of Linden, our Guest Experience Specialist is the steady, welcoming hub of the spa—supporting the front desk, service providers, and our small cocktail lounge to keep the guest experience smooth and elevated.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests and create a polished, professional first impression
- Manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and guest questions
- Support retail sales with genuine product recommendations
- Help keep the spa guest-ready (laundry, light cleaning, room resets, restocking)
- Prepare and serve drinks from our on-site cocktail lounge responsibly
- Take ownership of front desk standards, flow, and consistency
What We're Looking For
- Dependable, on-time, and professional
- Warm, guest-focused presence with strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology
- Calm and solutions-focused when it’s busy
- Comfortable serving alcohol (hospitality or bartending experience is a plus)
- Interested in growing into a Guest Services Lead / Front Desk Lead role over time
- 2+ years in hospitality, spa/salon front desk, restaurant, hotel, or retail preferred
Pay, Schedule & Perks
- $16.00–$17.50/hour, depending on experience
- Stable full-time schedule (approx. 35–40 hours/week)
- Afternoons/evenings, Fridays and at least 2 Saturdays per month required

Licensed Manicurist
At Serendipity Spa of Linden, our nail professionals do more than polish—they create comfort, confidence, and connection with every service. We’re looking for a licensed Manicurist who cares about beautiful work, healthy nails, and a genuinely great guest experience.
Who You Are
- A licensed Manicurist in the State of Michigan
- Passionate about nail health, artistry, and staying current with trends and techniques
- Warm, professional, and confident communicating with guests
- Detail-oriented and proud of the quality of your work
- Team-focused, positive, and open to feedback and continued learning
- Comfortable working a mix of days, evenings, and weekends to support guest demand
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements (including CND Shellac, nail art, and specialty techniques as offered)
- Educate guests on proper nail care and home maintenance to help them protect their results
- Build loyal guest relationships through personalized, friendly, and consistent service
- Stay up-to-date on current nail trends, products, and techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation that reflects our high sanitation standards
- Work as part of a collaborative spa team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth
- Recommend retail products and additional spa services that truly support each guest’s needs
What We’re Looking For
- Current State of Michigan Manicurist License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Creativity and precision in all nail services, from classic to trending looks
- Solid knowledge of sanitation, disinfection, and safety protocols
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive, guest-first attitude
- Willingness to learn, take coaching, and participate in ongoing education
- Experience with nail art, gel polish, or other specialty services is a plus

Licensed Cosmetologist
At Serendipity Spa of Linden, our cosmetologists do more than provide services—they help guests feel confident, cared for, and understood. We’re looking for a Licensed Cosmetologist who loves combining technical skill with genuine connection in a professional, education-focused spa environment.

- A Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Michigan
- Passionate about beauty, healthy hair/skin/nails, and results-driven services
- Excited about ongoing education, new techniques, and continuous improvement

- Team-focused and positive, contributing to a calm, welcoming spa atmosphere
- Comfortable working a mix of days, evenings, and weekends to support guest needs
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional hair services including cuts, color, styling, and specialty treatments
- Perform nail and/or skincare services (as allowed by your licensure and experience)
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand each guest’s goals and create personalized service plans
- Educate guests on home care routines and recommend spa retail products that support their results
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and participate in ongoing education and advanced training
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workstation that reflects our high standards
- Collaborate with your team to create a consistently warm, professional, and guest-centered environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current State of Michigan Cosmetology License
- Strong, demonstrated technical skills in hair (cutting, color, and styling), with a solid understanding of formulation and finishing
- Passion for client care, long-term guest relationships, and visible results
- Eagerness to grow through continuing education and coaching
- Reliability, professionalism, and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of your schedule
- A warm, collaborative attitude and commitment to our guest-first culture
