Customer Satisfaction

Our desire is that our guests are 100% satisfied with the services that they receive. If we have fallen short of meeting this expectation, please let us know immediately. Our licensed service providers take pride in their work and would appreciate the opportunity to adjust any errors. Please contact us within 3 days of your initial appointment so that we can work you into the schedule promptly. Why so quickly? The result of services such as hair color, manicures, pedicures and others can be altered significantly as each day passes for various reasons. 

Cancellations

Here at Serendipity Spa of Linden we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. We kindly request that you call us at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled same-day or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a fee of 50% of the service amount.** 
We value your time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should we need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, illness or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honor 50% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
**For our member guests:  We understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Guests with a current membership will be given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.

Late Arrivals

If a guest arrives late to a scheduled appointment, it may be necessary to shorten the service time in order to accommodate other clients who have scheduled appointments thereafter. Please note that the appointment may be subject to cancellation in the event that we are not able to provide a quality service with the time that remains.

Other information

Massage Therapy may be contraindicated for some pre-existing health conditions including but not limited to cancer, blood disorders, heart conditions, etc. Please consult with your physician prior to reserving your appointment if you have a pre-existing health condition. For the safety of our guests, our service providers may request written permission from a doctor and/or refuse service.
Guests under 18 years of age must have signed parent/legal guardian consent prior to services performed. Guests under 16 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian present during services.
